Prior to COVID-19, employers were facing significant challenges in recruiting and retaining skilled workers. The pandemic has certainly exacerbated these challenges, and now employers everywhere are scrambling to fill their workforce shortages. During this session with MAX, the Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions, we will learn about big picture trends in workforce and what it means for our region. And we will hear the latest on both chronic and emerging barriers to employment and learn how workforce providers are making an impact in helping individuals overcome these barriers.
