As competition for talent tightens against the backdrop of the “Great Resignation,” employers need health benefit strategies that help them recruit and retain the best talent while controlling cost. This session will discuss our Employer Health Benefits Blueprint report, which takes a research-based look at five ways employers can help employees stay healthy and productive in a world beset with pandemics, economic uncertainty, and a transformation of the way we work. These include building sensing and predicting for better decision making and navigation, cutting through layers of health benefits, getting strategic about mental health, incubating “next-gen” benefits, and re-engaging around managing prices.
